منحة لتدريب خدمة عملاء call center agent Scholarship 2014






YAT Learning Solutions in cooperation with Ministry of Communications and Information Technology MCIT is lunching the Call Center Agent Scholarship. The training project is 100% funded by Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), and designed & implemented by YAT Learning Centers in cooperation with Wasla Contact Center.
Scholarship Benefits:
         The scholarship is for free and 100% funded by MCIT
Each trainee will be awarded monthly allowance
Each trainee will get International certification in Call Center from CCLS
Successful Trainees will be employed in Wasla contact center

Scholarship Requirements:
Applicant must be Egyptian holding valid national ID
Applicant must be university graduated years 2009 till 2013
Military service must be defined (completed, exempted, or postponed)

Training Schedule
Training Duration: 3 months
Training Days: 5 Days/ week (Sunday to Thursday)
         Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Training Time: 9 PM to 4 PM
