Requirements:

1) Bachelor Degree in Communication or Computer Engineering.
2) Certified CCNA is a must.
3) Certified CCIP or CCNP is preferred.
4) Maximum age 28 years old.
5) Very good user for computer applications including Microsoft Office.
6) From 1 to 2 years in customer service experience.
7) Excellent Communication, Team Work, Time Management, Problem solving skills.

-Work Place: Dokki
- Working Hours: 8 working hours fixed shift & 2 days off fixed.

Job Description:

1) Handle Customer's Inquiries in any technical problems

2) Provide the customers with fast solutions and exceed their expectations

Requirements:

3) max. Age 27 years
4) Technical and troubleshooting background in networking
5) Preferred CCNA Holder
6) Males Only

- Net salary 1850 LE (80% basic 1480 LE) – 20% variable 370 LE depends on the performance

- Working Hours: 8 working hours rotational shift & 2 days off rotational
