Coordinate and supervise all Alexandria Branch activities in close alignment and under the guidance of the respective Unit Heads in Cairo Head office, with special focus on activities in

Property & Casualty Underwriting, Operations and Claims
Life & Medical Insurance Underwriting, Operations and Claims
Human Resources and Training
Finance, Accounting & Collection
IT
Sales, especially coordinating activities of ASF, Affinity, Bancassurance, Broker relationships and Direct Business
Agency Services and Customer Relation services provided locally, dedicate special focus on full customer satisfaction at all times and the provision of effective and efficient services to all distribution partners
Manage the employment relationship, conduct, performance, appraisal, training, dismissal and all other activities of all Alexandria Branch employees, in strict alignment with Human Resources Policies in Guidelines.
Ensure full compliance with all other Group standards, as instructed by Cairo Head office
Reporting and Internal Communication
Establish, in close coordination with Cairo Unit Heads, a structure of regular and ad-hoc reports and keep the Management informed about all relevant business developments.
